Dear Madam Teacher Emma, thanks alot for this perfect, so helpful lesson (of course - like always).Well, to be honest - I'd like to use these words, but unfortunately I work only like a ordinary employee and I don't have a opportunity to speak with a Boss( probably only with a foreman in the factory and our national language). Thank you Emma for this useful video. I am not a member of Hey Lady, however, I deeply appreciate Emma’s teaching skills. When I worked for Cathay Pacific Airways in Hong Kong, I would talk with the tourists and travel agents all day . Back then our company used a great deal of resources to train our telephone manners and communication skills. Although it’s rather challenging for me to understand tourists with various accents, I managed to communicate with them well .
