if i had the money i would buy this book you don't have to follow the sheep and replicate things exactly you take techniques and apply them to your knowledge and cook the things you like in as large or as small portions that you want cooking can be fun and frustrating but at the end of the day i think its the sharing gesture that counts the most so bring down the price MODERNIST CUISINE
