I used nurx when I was in college and it was phenomenal and easy to use, if the prescription you're given isnt right for you it's easy to change and doctors are always available

I am so glad there is an updated video in regards to these services. I know there are some older videos, but none had as many views (does not equate to content) or as recent. I had to stop taking birth control due to the cost a while back, but use it purely to control my pains. It was expensive, without insurance my nuva rings were about $300-400, and the regular birth control at my normal store was about $50-60. From a Walmart it went down to around $15, but that was only for a month supply if I remember correctly. I ended up just having to get a prescription for stronger ibuprofen (or the equivalent) because it was the only thing I could kind of afford. I had looked into pill club when I had quit, but I wasn't sure of the hassle or if I should really trust it. But thanks to your review and watching the process, I think I will actually think about picking it back up.

If you have an uncomplicated medical history and know you would do well on most birth controls I think this is fantastic option! Having discreet packaging is important because sometimes women have to hide that they are on birth control and don't want it to be obvious. I personally have too many medical concerns and can't be on hormonal birth control so this would be a great option for me but I think it would be a great place to start for a lot of people.

I have been using project ruby for over a year now and I love it a lot since it’s easy and nice and help full! The doctors are nice and it also allows to help you customize a bit such as if you need more iron which I do need. I love it. I don’t like having to talk to doctors on the phone though but they always ask the random questions I have in a polite manner.

I also really love the idea of helping other women!

This is excellent info to have. I’m losing insurance at the end of the year, and even though I’m getting my tubes tied, I’ll still be on birth control pills to manage my period symptoms so that they aren’t absolutely horrible — just mostly or somewhat horrible, depending on the cycle.

Fun fact: some states all birth control is free whether you have insurance or not. I’m from Maryland and I can get it at a pharmacy for free or a health clinic (that is free) and get a 12 month supply.

I've been using Nurx for about a year and a half. It works well for me. $15, / month for 1 pack every month or $45/ month for 3 packs every 3 months without insurance.

Nurx notifies you a few days before they charge you anything, so if you need to stop your subscription you can before they charge you anything! I've been using Nurx for a year and a half and they've been really good and very helpful!!

I’m so glad there are so many options I remember the dark days when some insurance didn’t cover the pill and I had to pay 45 buck out of pocket each month.
