What do you count as “features” because you could take a highlight and a shadow, and say you have high facial contrast.

Dark skin, hair, eyes, can be high contrast. The whites of the eyes and teeth do provide a high contrast value.

That's why people with those features look amazing in colors like white, cream, or hues. Because of the contrast.
