Tim Walz Holds a Town Hall Meeting in Iowa

Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz (D) hosted a town hall in Des Moines, Iowa to hear from voters who are represented by a Republican member of Congress who has not held public meetings in their district.

Walz discussed the soul-searching that he has done since the election and shared his concerns about working-class voters not voting because they didn't see any difference between voting for President Trump or Vice President Harris.

Additionally, he took questions on a variety of topics including Medicaid and health care, education, DOGE cuts to federal programs and agencies, and local food production and nutrition programs
