We have an air purifier in my son’s bedroom, and it was a God send! Less humid in his bedroom and he sleeps better.

My grandmother used to thaw hers and a roasting pan and use the juices to make tomato juice

Making your own bread is wonderful, especially with honey! I have never been able to grow any plant so I envy you being able to grow your own tomatoes is fantastic. I'm enjoying your playlist.

Totally agree with you about freezing the tomatoes. I did that for the first time this year and was not happy with how mushy and watery they were when I thawed them to can

It's always so great to see you have a new video! Could you do a video showing the changes to your kitchen from the beginning to today? Thank you for sharing your videos, I always look forward to them😁

Hi ya. Good for you getting a mill. I got one for Christmas from hubby and I am loving grinding my own flour, I use Einkorn often but mostly another whole grain, can’t remember the name…it’s a hard flour. I liked Kamut as well. Anyways it’s always a good day when you post a video. Thanks so much 🌷🇨🇦

You can also thaw frozen tomatoes in a garbage bag. Just put the bag in the cold water. They will still thaw, but won't get as mushy. Or, just put them frozen right into a jumbo roasting pan and they can roast all night.

I’ve started using einkorn flour with my sourdough starter. It’s definitely different in use and taste. We like the taste…it’s nutty to us. I’m by NO means a baker, so I’ve tried make einkorn bread about six times now…still trying to get that perfect rise and tender crumb.. Great video! 😊

I don't cook, bake and certainly don't can, but still enjoy watching you go through all the steps in your prep work. You make it look so easy. The Hoosier cabinet, sorry it's not in the kitchen, understand why but hoping you're keeping it. Maybe it will fit in your pantry.
