Air Force Study Guides; Making SSgt and TSgt

If you blindly study for SSgt and TSgt you are going to be wasting a ton of time. There are resources that will tell you EXACTLEY what you need to study getting you to the point while showcasing what top Air Force leaders deem important every two years. These are in the form of the EPRRC (SKT) and ADTC (Airman Handbook).

2F0 here, thanks for the info! I am glad to find a detailed explanation on how to find what we should be studying other than the general response of "make sure you look at at TO's without knowing WHICH ones to look at. This was a huge help 😁

When you hit the 2A5 career field you said what I felt. Wow that’s a lot. I’m definitely going to do flash cards next year if I don’t make it this year. I’m testing tomorrow. I have been reading these regs and brother it’s dryer than an Arizona summer.

Promotions are a joke in af. You can have a 7 year tech who’s “played the game” but is garbage at his/her actual job and have 15 year staffs who are great at their jobs but don’t test well…it’s absolute horse shit. Epr syst is a joke and that’s usually what gives people a leg up.

Sir, do you mind explaining further on what the numbers on the outer boxes are in SKT Rodman.
I'm 4P and on the very right side, I noticed the numbers. Its titled date & EC which i don't even know what EC stands for sections?
