I was sent to a diversity class in the middle of 2000's. I couldn't figure out why I was there. I had a Filipino, a Cambodian, and a Pakistani that I supervised. A Columbian and a Virginian who were my associates and a Korean boss. Many people asked me how we do it. I said we hire who we think are the best people for the job. No race, just ability and attitude. I think I dumbfounded the instructor.
