We usually let these guys live when we go diving for lobsters. You’ll spend all day trying to make this meat taste as good as a younger 1 pound lobster.

Wait, I thought it's illegal to keep Lobsters you catch when they get over a certain weight limit.

I looked into it, it does seem to be illegal to keep large lobsters. The reasoning I've found is because larger lobsters produce more eggs and it's to try and keep the natural stock of lobsters high so they aren't over fished.
