The glovebox is an inconvenience at best. It fucking sucks as a "feature".

I think the real question is which one is less unnecessary? The screen adjustment that doesn't need to exist but it could also be manual or the electronic glovebox release that will inevitatbly leave you unable to open the glovebox at some point

For people saying that the automated glovebox is better, I agree that having an electronic lock and password is better, but it doesn’t need to be unlocked by the bloody screen.

That's incredible. My parent's Skoda does exactly the same. Except their centre screen doesn't turn, because it's basically pointless, and their glovebox opens with a latch on the glovebox because that's much more convenient.

Have these features in my Model X. Screen adjustment is great for using the browser or watching shows. It’s good for when I am waiting for clients or in between meetings. Glovebox opener is also password protected which is great to put important documents or anything you don’t want stolen if someone tries to break a window or something. I used to have a lockable glovebox with a key and I feel this is a much better option haha

I would rather have neither. It’s just more parts that can break. Just put the screen however the designers designed it and leave it be. No need to adjust it, it’s not a mirror that you need to be able to see all the time
