Honestly the shimmers and packaging are so beautiful 😍 Adept is one of my favorite brands but realistically I'll not wear them if they are squishy because of my extremely hooded eyes. And thank you for talking to me before the video went up. You helped me

The mattes throw me off in this palette, but I really want the shimmers. I know reviewers want mattes and shimmers in their palettes, but I am only interested in the Adept shimmers anyway. To me, it looks like a perfect match for the La Cienega mattes.

I love deep mattes because most palettes have medium/light shades no shortage of light mattes! I frequently wear one sparkly color dimensional shade with a blended matte in my crease. Adept makes awesome palettes! Great review. Love your pretty eye looks!

You are definitely right, this is the best packaging by far. Thank you for the terrific swatches, for some reason not many influencers did them at least so far. I’ve never been a real fan of the mattes that they pick for their palettes. Usually I’ll use a different palette for my mattes and intercorner. Thankfully that doesn’t bother me. It’s easy to fix the wet oily shadows. There are a couple of videos on YouTube.

I have been pairing this palette with some of the mattes in La Cienga sometimes and it works beautifully. I love this palette. 🥰 I love colourful mattes though

I noticed that I was going to barely have any colorful shimmer choices so I bought it and the element 115 to use together. Your video inspired me to create my first look pairing them and I love it! I’m not the biggest fan of the adept squishy textured shimmers but paired with the more typical shimmers in element, I think I’ll enjoy it.

I debated getting it or not and decided against it. I have noticed that with limited editions there are very few creators who receive the palette and some of them didn’t even mention the formulas.

You did a great job with the palette and I’d never suspect you were uncomfortable with it. I feel the color story is a little wonky too - but I did grab it at launch. Figured I would enlist other mattes if needed. My ventaxian scholor is so smooshy that I can barely get it to pick up on my finger; so I’m really frustrated with that. Ardra is smooshy but pickupable. Otherwise - they are fine. But I do tend to love color - I just wish there were more mattes to blend out with. Anyway. Great video.

I loooove the shimmers but had the same problem with figuring out how to cohesively pair them with the mattes. I was already considering trying it with some of the mattes from the Samarian Sunset and Inspired palettes, but I hadn’t even considered the Heather Austin mattes! They look great in there. Imposter is such a stunning shade… truly magical.
