I know watching videos isn’t a substitute for walking through the real thing, but Josh you guys do one hell of a job presenting the models you showcase, explaining options and variances. Don’t feel bad about having to do “display” models on site, it is what it is. We appreciate all you guys do.

My ex-husband was in the RV industry for 25 years and nothing like this has ever been prior to the last two years in the RV industry. Thank you for your honesty it’s an interesting problem to have in the RV industry take care and be safe.

This problem with your ears getting red is easily a location in South Texas!

Josh, Thank you for being upfront with comments and having great videos. My wife and I appreciate honesty and the fact that you work with potential first time buyers, not selling them something they do not need. Here in Missouri dealers tend to sell you what you like and not what their vehicles can really handle.
We have been looking to upgrade to a full-time RV to retire in. We go shopping at these dealers and they try to sell you something based on unloaded vehicle weight which is not what they should be selling. We have been looking enough and have learned ALOT by your videos, BTBRV videos and other YOUTUBE videos that we know what we can carry. Again Thank you!!
We have talked about heading your way when we see something you would be able to help us with.
Hopefully we will see you some day with check book in hand.
We really like the Montana and Bighorn products even might consider Jayco products.
Stay warm.

I had almost this exact same conversation with a local dealer here in Missouri last month. He said they normally have 450+ units in stock this time of year and they have 50. 50. It's unreal. I really like your idea of having "display models" on hand for people to see in person before they order. It's about the best you can do for people right now.

Josh, your transparency, clarity and humility are always appreciated...as well as your thoughtful advice.
Thanks for presentating w/o mask and for enduring frosty ears. 🥶The approach of “Display Units” just makes good business sense.

Agree entirely re: "display" units. There is no way I'd drop 40K+ on anything without, at the very least, looking through a like unit. Sight/model unseen? Nope.

Love the transparency. If local dealers and service centers didn't refuse to work on your rig if you didn't order from them, I would order from halfway across the country from Haylett RV!

Great insight! Even as an OR resident, I will never buy an RV from any other dealer!

Hi Josh, it would be a great idea for the manufacture to set up a web site where you could few in progress photos of your special ordered unit being built. We do this in the auto body business with certain insurance companies while your vehicle is in our shop during repairs. Thank you for the monthly industry update and your personal insight.

I understand and whatever you have to do I trust you will do it honestly. I appreciate all the work put into every video and am learning so much. Others do walk a through, but you at Haylett do education, training and keep it honest. I'm going to be a first time buyer and I need this information. So glad I found this channel. Hoping I'll be able to buy from there.

Thanks for the update. I love to be able to share these in Facebook groups when people ask questions about what is going on in the industry. Stay warm!

Appreciate this Josh. It looks the same down here around Indy. Supply and demand, something this industry usually only sees in the most popular models, not all RVs.

I'm very glad the Manufacturers are making sure that we have a fully functional R.V. And Complete. Thanks and good job.

We have watched and rewatched more of your videos in the last 2 weeks than anything else! I only wish you were a local dealer for us because we've gotten more info from you than what we are able to obtain and see locally. Thank you for doing this!!!
