I love the original and the live action. I think they are both amazing in there own way. But when Gaston says "As a specimen, yes I'm intimidating" in the live action...
I wish he did it in a deeper voice like the original. Other then that 10/10

Bravo to Josh as LeFou! He was absolutely AMAZING portraying the character we've grown up to known as the dopey henchman to Gaston. I loved every second he was on screen, he brought so much life to it.

I like the original more.
The live action one doesn't eat 6 eggs at once so...

Even though Gaston and Lefou were the things i liked the most about the live action, i still prefer the original..

Animated has more character. He isn't trying hard to sound good but is actually the character singing.

I'm so use to Gaston having a deep voice the live action throws me off a bit during this scene

I love Luke Evan's rendition of Gaston! I fell in love with his singing voice after watching Beauty and the Beast

the old school one so much better or so much more energy in the classic version of the song

I like both. Even though they did change the lyrics for the second verse for the live action version of this classic. On the bright side, they kept the "As a specimen, yes, I''m intimidating".

I didn't expect this but I actually prefer the new one! It's just less silly and more "swaggy" :D

Luke Evans looks great as Gaston but his voice sounds less deep than the original Lol

When I first heard the new version I didn't know how much I liked it, I was so used to singing along to the older version! But after watching both versions so much now I think I'd say I actually prefer the 2017 version! I do remember when I first watched it being surprised that Gaston's voice was so high, but I absolutely love what Luke Evans and Josh Gad have done with these characters. I also love that they both come from musical theatre, their singing is incredible!😍
#TPMCrew - I genuinely can't believe YouTube are trying to shut down your channel, I love your videos, especially the Disney Beat episodes 😊❤️

I like hearing the sound bites of one version while watching the opposite version and then swapping over. Am I the only one?

The new version itself was OK, but I just felt that Luke Evans' Gaston was a bit underwhelming.

Luke Evans is gonna hit a home run with Gaston!!! One of Disney's better villains will definitely be getting the live action treatment he needs. My like goes to the newer version

lmao!!!! It really doesn't matter which version you'd prefer, "No one is as full of himself, like Gaston!!!" XD

The 2017 Gaston isn't nearly enough Gastonish as Gaston in the original!
