Opening up a new 10 OZ packet of Loma Linda Greek Bowl With Chickpeas, Olive Oil & Brown Rice Plant-Based Goodness. I bought this from Wal-Mart on clearance for $1.50. This was a really good Greek style rice bowl. Very tasty mix of ingredients. I messed up by peeling the entire top off, but it was fine. It was very easy to prepare at just a minute in the microwave and made for a nice quick and easy lunch.
