I was genuinely impressed with each and every photo of this camera review. Like I'm shocked to see such amazing photos out of the pixel 6. I mean it ofc helps a lot that you're a photographer yourself. That's why I like reviews by professional photographers than normal youtubers who aren't much into still photography.

What a fine video Tom just love it, this kind of videos really tests the true potential of a Pixel ! I agree been a fan for the pixel look from the very First pixel. Being a Photographer myself I do believe the pixel is not for everybody, but from the eyes of a photographer its an engineering marvel. The colours, the HDR+, The nightsight, the portrait mode, everything just looks so GOOD.

Just bought one for my dad on his 60th birthday.
He really likes taking pictures and travels a lot so the camera was the main reason :)

Nice review Tom. Just a heads up, the RAW output on Pixel is a computational RAW, meaning you don't lose the HDR, the RAW is a multiexposure stacked image. It does however give you a ton of more information to work with in editing, relative to a standard JPG output. You just don't get whatever automatically applied image adjustments Google does in processing. I've edited many RAW shots now out of my P6 pro, the results are spectacular. Images don't end up looking too "HDR-y". The main thing about Google's processing that I think contributes most to the over-HDR look is that shadows are raised too much, and the image becomes very flat. Saturation is bumped a bit too much too. You can avoid that by processing the RAW yourself.

The pixel series in general has seemed to of matured into an amazing phone with the Pixel 6 and from watching this vlog, is holding its own with the iPhone. I'm really impressed.

I just watched your pixel 6 vs $5, 000 camera review too. I love how far smartphone camera technology has come, but I do prefer the more natural colours of stand-alone cameras.

Ive had my pixel 6 for a couple of weeks. I upgraded from the pixel 4XL. It's my favorite phone I've ever had. I haven't even used the camera yet so this review was super helpful!

Wow, this video is what the exact review for pixel mobiles ! In general we prefer pixel mobiles mostly for photographic, more than the performance or any other Hardware things . From this video, I think he catches the viewers preferences, so he made a perfect review video for pixel mobile, it's really nice

If the finger print scanner is a big issue for a quick photo, turn on the double tap power button shortcut for camera. Not good if you have friends who might "prank" you with a photo, but it bypasses the fingerprint sensor and only makes the camera app available with whatever photo(s) were taken available to view, no previous photos.

I am glad I found a video with someone that understand the advantage with compressing from 50 Mp to 12 Mp and how a camera processor can use this as an advantage, I still have a old Pentax 6 Mp camera I like and a 12 Mp Canon, so at first glance I thought Google was trying to fool user with the MegaPixel trap but then got very interested in that phone when I saw that treat it as a 12 Mp sensor and also use AI for some photo processing.
