They love farm live. That is why I live in Thailand. I know my wife would be miserable living in Europe. I know she can and our kids as well. But I rather be the farang than they. If she is happy at the village, you next stop is a house with a small garden. Start growing your own vegetables

You look like you had a great day!! a few years ago I was seeing a lady who's family home was right near a dam in Hua Hin. We climbed through a hole the fence one afternoon and caught a stack of fish. All were consumed that night -very spicy, but delicious. The next day I was on the boat to Samui. i have never been so sick and spent the entire trip in the bathroom having it come out of both ends and having trouble locking the door and having people barge in on me. Things didn't improve in Samui for two weeks. I only went where I knew there would be a toilet close by!
