May i know how the same can be done with Python, If any is not present or displayed then it should fail it with a message

Hi.. How can you validate if any value is already is present. For example in Instagram you are using your mobile number. How will you check if it is already exist? How will you validate text fields if any value is already present for that particular text box?

i have a one question ...maine excel sheet main ek value pass ki hain woh hain Are you fully cured?=Yes and key hain TBL_AlteredData toh muzhe woh question (Are you fully cured?=Yes) select hua hain ki nahi ye validate karana hain kaise karu ??
