Diablo 4 Network Issue / Lag Workaround (It works!)

For those of us who've played Blizzard games, we're no strangers to day 1 network issues and congestion. How can we make this a slightly better experience? Let me show you some tips so you can stop rubberbanding in hell!

To disable SSDP: Type and search services in windows. Find SSDP, then disable it. Stop service.
To find your lag/fps - Control + R (press again to switch)

When you disable SSDP, it reduces the amount of network traffic generated by the protocol, which can alleviate the strain on your network infrastructure. By reducing network congestion, more network resources become available for Diablo 4, resulting in smoother gameplay and reduced lag.

It's important to note that the impact of disabling SSDP can vary depending on your network setup and the specific issues you were experiencing. In some cases, disabling SSDP may not have a noticeable effect on performance, while in others, it can make a significant difference. I just want to say that you completely fixed my issue! Using for over 10 hours now and my latency hasn’t gone over 300 when before it was often going into 1k to 2k range.

YES, it is horribad. Like im rubberbanding especially when i open world map and close it. Something is up.

hello, it's playable for me, but in the boss fight, I seem to click evade and nothing. I'll evade to run quickly to the ladder and the idiot will do it at the top.. In the more demanding battles, it really sucks. Decades of experience. billions of money extracted from people and nothing.. where is their experience. And if they can't do it in the consulting room... why don't they do an offline version

im running 132 msec but experience constant rubber badning or lag while playing. it's not my isp and it doesnt seem to be the game. I've looked online to see if people are complaaining about this and i dont see any angry reddiot posts or anythign on the forums.... no clue what could be causing this.

my latency is 100 ingame and download on speedtest is 100Mbps with 30 ping ms. my rubberbanding is so bad i cant do t100 nmd anymore. it was fine like a week ago. anyone else had this issue?
