The solution of nonlinear partial differential equation by Charpit's method becomes complicated sometimes. There are some short cut rules to find complete integral if the given nonlinear pde of first order is in some standard form. There are four different standard forms of nonlinear pdes of first order. We have discussed how to solve pde of first order if it is in standard form -II in this lecture. The pdes in which only p, q and z are present are in Standard Form-II.
