Let's learn these skills often used by Sergio Busquets!
They are simple, but very effective and fundamental skills you should learn!
If you watch him carefully, he maximizes his body shape to maneuver the defender, then likes to manipulate the ball using the bottom of his foot, pulling the ball back. Also known as the V-pull back.

A very good skillset to learn to be able to control the ball tidy, and manipulate the ball in small space under pressure. Let us know what you think!

Totally forgot to go over this in the video but about the pull back + outside touch:
The reason I rarely use the outside to finish the move or the reason why you see the pros pushing the ball out with the inside more than the outside is because anatomically if you try to pull the ball deep you’ll find it very difficult to nearly impossible to push the ball out. The angle of approach on the ball with the outside as you pull the ball becomes the top of the ball. Therefore the distance naturally gets shortened when you try to push it with the outside.

If you were to push with inside you’ll notice it’s easier to pull the ball back much deeper, creating more separation from the opponent

good video, when i teach that v move, i get the players to lift the back foot and twist on their toes, not leaving the back foot flat facing the wrong way.
