DJI Ronin S VS DJI RSC2 Pro Combo Kit review and comparison | Shall you upgrade?

The new gimbals from DJI - RS2 and RSC2 is a great example of advanced technology of stabilising cameras. A own the original DJI Ronin-S and I have a question - shall I upgrade to RSC2 to save on weight and space and get a newer more advanced gimbal? I'm thinking of upgrading to the RSC2 but wanted to know if you can have the camera connected to the gimbal and monitor at the same time? On my Ronin S with my A7III I had to pick to either use the buttons on my gimbal like the record or use an external monitor but it will not let me connect to both. Wondering if there's a way on the RSC 2 due to a setting error.

How do you get the shell to control focus instead of zoom?

I had my Sony A7 III +24-105 on both gimbals and I think the motors on the Ronin S do better with the load than the RSC2... but yes the RSC2 is way smaller and lighter... but I would use it with a smaller setup :) With a Cage on The A7 you can forget it on the RSC2...

Very informative video mate💪👍👍. So I'm planning to get the RSC2 for my startup traveling videos. I noticed the battery thing. Is it that I can't change it at all, I mean what if I need to change it in the future ?? Also from your point of view do you recommend the RSC2 or the crane 2 ?

Ah now I see why you use the Ronin S rather than the newer version. The weight limit... I am looking for a gimble or follow device that would work for my Sony ZV-1 for following my movement, clearly do not need all the fancy auto focus options... I'd need the Raven Eye transmitter for the follow focus video mobile phone?
