One of the simplest ways to enhance the appearance of any room is to add trim molding. In this video, I am making four kinds of molding for the bathroom remodel.

I bought my grandfather a grr-ripper for his birthday and although he hasn't used it yet, he knows it works and he keeps getting compliments for it.

Steve, my daughter and I love watching your videos together. The other day she came up and said I didn't sleep well last night. When I asked her why, she said because she doesn't have a Casper Mattress.

The bathroom remodel is looking great. It's been fun watching the transformation.

I keep coming back to this video for the Casper ad. Absolutely brilliant!

I actually have come to love the brown and earthly colour tones in your bathroom!

Thanks for this Steve.

I'd been thinking about making my own, but you gave me the final push. A few hours later and I've got them fabricated and laid, completing the upper landing job that's been stalled for a few months.

Worked out at £1 p/m to do it myself, rather than £3-4 p/m from the shop.

Cheers.

Excellent job! I like how the color contrasts everything else in the room. Years ago my Dad used to make all of his own molding, on the table saw. He usually cut down pine 2x4s. He had a moulding cutter for the table saw and a few profiles that he used for various pieces.

Did this last year to save money addressing a problem. Needed baseboard (?) trim that was thicker than 3/4" at the bottom and taller than 3.5". Homestore didn't have any with that sizing; but they had plenty of fine pine for cheap. Even gave me a discount because I shopped there so often. Great video!

Trim molding can make a big difference in redoing a room. You are right about walls and corners not being square. I have not found one yet!

The bathroom is looking great. I don't know how you've managed to film all that so well - it must be a challenge in such a small space.

Your bathroom make over is really looking good! I like the trim you added and I learned a lot about how to make my own molding. Thanks for the video.

When you said a few nails in the baseboard I thought you were gonna put a lot more for humor. That mattress ad was outstanding as are your other onesi Your ads really are good Steve!!

I definitely hear you on the "never notice how unsquare a room is" part. Remodelling the basement bedroom into an office, only found 1 squared corner so far.

I'm starting to look forward to your in video ads almost as much as your woodworking. You should show other YouTubers how to do sponsorship with extra fancy, just like you.

Another great project Steve.  Your bathroom is coming together very nicely!  Interested to see what/if you do anything with the shower tile! Staying tuned.
