Now as a great professor once told me, "don't hear what I'm not saying." There is no perfect cookie cutter approach to healing from injuries. Sometimes RICE ๐ฎ๐ช๐จ๐ฉ๐ต be indicated... but not as often as we may think.โฃ

If there is ๐๐๐ thing that I want you to take from this video it is that non-traumatic injuries such as "I rolled my ankle" TYPICALLY responded very well to ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ following the injury. โฃ
โฃ
Now you don't want to go crazy and cause further injury, so I recommend starting with simply moving the effected joint through its range of motion. Of course listen to your body... if something is obviously not right, then consider having your physician take a look at it.โฃ
