Im a 5'4" dude. I just put some 60mm Spank Spike Vibrocore. What a difference. Now, my body feels like it's in the right place on the bike.

I switched my stock handle bars for deity 50 mm high rise bars …. Because I bought an XL bike which was slightly too big for me …. I’m short in the leg and long in the body, so this has changed everything for the better, I think it was one of my videos that started this trend 😂

Swapped to 50mm deity bars on a bike I found uncomfortable. Game changer. Love them

Thanks for the review. Just got my first DH bike and trying to decide the best option. At 55 it won’t be about race speed, but downhill control. Well done on the riding as well!

I run the same bars in black on my Canyon Sender, along with three 3 Burgtec 5mm spacers. Made a huge difference to my confidence levels on steep tech and riding the Blacks at places like Dyfi and Revs.

I have 35mm on my Trek and I love the feel, been running them for over 2 years.
I do love that bike of yours 😊

I went from the stock ~15mm rise on my trance x '23 to a 90mm(!) Rise cheapo bar from amazon. Plus max spacer on my steerer.... I absolutely love it. It just feels natural to me! Hell even the climbs haven't changed much. You just have to adjust your body positionning a little bit. (5'9" medium frame)

Hi
Thanks for a great review and my other half and me have watched it a few time's.
I have a question for you and your experienced followers.
My partner is 6'4" and has a XL framed Trek Rail but suffers from numb hands after about 30 minutes of riding.
He has come to the conclusion that he's putting too much weight on his hands.
His seating and saddle position is correct and he has changed his grips to more thicker ones that offer more support.
Do you think changing the stem angle and bar rise would help him even more please.
