My wife was rear ended in a car accident about 7 months ago. She has been doing physical therapy / getting adjustments, and the scans showed she had a couple of discs messed up. This has caused her severe pain ever since, coming and going, as well as tingling and pain in her arm as a result of the discs / nerves. She has been sent to have two testing shots for RFA and it seems as though the shots reasonably helped. My concern is, everywhere i turn, I see tons of people who had RFA done and had their pain increased or, received no benefit, or, in the best case scenario, have to get it done every 6 to 9 months forever, with the possibility of it being less effective each time. I have seen a couple videos now of doctors speaking about dvr, and am wondering if that is the better option. Do you have any thoughts on the matter? Feel free to ask any questions. I am terrified that she will be crippled from anything at all, so very paranoid. the herniated discs are c-5 c-6

Isn't the pain there for a reason? Maybe to tell you, . Look something is wrong here! Sounds a bit like the oil light comes on in your car... So take the bulb out?? Maybe I am wrong here.
