The correct settings are:
steps 8
cfg 1

for the positive prompt - you need to attach the clip text encode to the fluxguidance node with the value of 3.5 - that goes into the positive slot in ksampler

for the negative prompt - you usually connect an empty clip text encode, since flux doesn’t process negative prompts

should be renamed to the model name FLUX.1-Turbo-Alpha.safetensors, otherwise you will have your loras folder filled with diffusion_pytorch_model (1), diffusion_pytorch_model (2) etc. as you play around with it, and you won’t know which is which
