Browns:

1) Get Haslam to sell the team. He is likely the one making the dismal drafting decisions for names rather than talent.
2) Get rid of Andrew Berry who has been below average as a GM.
3) Put Shaun-of-the-Bed Watson on the practice squad or IR. They have to pay him but do not have to play him.
4) Do NOT draft another DEI R/T back (running throwing back aka running quarterback). Draft offensive line or trade the pick for draft capital.

They can sign practically any quarterback from another team that would be better than what they have right now, and still get back to 0.500.

True statements about the dolphins. Culture is all wrong. Got away with it when they were trouncing teams, but now it’s gone wrong, it’s highlighted a lot of internal issues. McDaniel not of strong enough character in my opinion
