The "civility" shown was because they have manners and didn't let their emotions overtake their grandmother's funeral and show respect to her. I'm sure she talked about this to Prince William before she died. She seems to have been prepared.

I think families don't have to unite just because they are biological siblings. Sometimes it is better to keep your distance and toxicity of family, siblings at bay. Nothing wrong with that. Let not the public decide what is good or bad for them.

Let’s hope the brothers heal their relationship. I know what it felt like to be estranged from my brother and it was so very painful. So I pray they can find peace with one another. Life us very short to spend it without the love of family.

Harry has done several things that I would categorize as bone-headed but the thing that I would have trouble forgiving if I were Prince William is when Harry insinuated that Queen Elizabeth wasn't safe around Prince William or other members of the royal family and that he felt like he (Harry) needed to be around to assure her safety. Prince William and King Charles may someday be able to forgive him for that but I'm not sure I would be able to.

BTW, I think it is childish to the extreme for Harry to say he was stepping back from the royal family and would not be performing any of the duties of the royal family and would even move to another country across the pond to get away from his family, and then whine that the family has cast him out or wants nothing to do with him or whatever his latest sniveling account is.

I further think it's unforgivable that he said "someone" made a racist statement but would not say who it was so instead of one person being labeled a racist, we can all look at EVERYONE in the royal family as the potential racist so instead of ONE person being guilty, EVERYONE is potentially guilty and that is terribly unfair.

Also, the person whose picture appeared a few years ago partying hardily while wearing a SWASTIKA on his sleeve was not Prince Phillip or Prince Charles or Prince William. Nope. That was our boy Harry who was sporting the swastika. And he has the gall to accuse someone else of being racist!
