You are very good at fixing these little scooters. you should soak that sending unit in some CLR.

Here in Florida these are dime a dozen for parts if you check the right places. Even my 125 and 150 can be found here I bought 2 in the same week cheap. Right now there is a 50 on Craigslist for less than 400 complete and rideable.

Thats brass piece is called the emulsion tube

Clean the fuel sensor with cleaner and get all the corrosion off. Should work

Sender unit may work when grounded to tank

Did you do a full service on it? I just picked one up but not sure how to change the oil on it.

Hi I have a same scooter and is working good before but now work for 5 minutes and never give me maximum power and is off
I was think is carburetor problem but now with you video I'm not sure

SOMEONE PLZ HELP! so I'm not getting fuel. 87 Elite 50 S. If I suck on vac hose fuel comes out of fuel line but when vac hose is connected to carb no fuel from fuel line.. good petcock from running parts bike, cleaned carb and in tank filter. Any suggestions would be appreciated..
