When I type mingw32-make the cmd just supplies a blank line and I get no .exe. Any idea what's going wrong here?

I would recommend showing how to write the cmakelists file or at the very least telling people that it exits because following the visual tutorial it would be very confusing and this tutorial is basically useless as you can probably figure out how to install cmake on your own.
