Make these incredible Ahi Burger Bites with our NEW sushi-grade ahi tuna steaks!

How to Make Ahi Tuna Burger Bites
Ingredients:
4 - 6 oz. Omaha Steaks Sushi-Grade Ahi Tuna Steaks
1 Bunch green onion
1 Jalapeño 
1/4 cup mayonnaise 
2 Tbsp sriracha
2 Tbsp soy sauce 
1 Tbsp sesame seed oil 
1 Tbsp sesame seeds
1/4 rice vinegar 
2 lb Jasmine rice 
3 Tbsp everything bagel seasoning 
1/4 cup spicy mayo
1/4 cup unagi sushi sauce
2 cups canola oil 

Instructions:
For the Tuna: 
1. Chop the Tuna Steaks into small pieces and add, chopped green onions, mayonnaise, sriracha, soy sauce, sesame seed oil, and sesame seeds and mix together.
2. Put the Ahi mixture in the fridge while you make your rice. 

For the Rice: 
1. Clean your rice thoroughly to get out as much starch as you can then add 2 lbs. of rice in the rice cooker adding in water that is double the amount (Ex: 1 cup rice/ 2 cups water) 
2. When rice is done add in rice wine vinegar and mix it thoroughly. 
3. In (2) 1/2 pan trays, place plastic wrap on the bottom then add your rice and push down evenly. (Pro tip: wet your hands so the rice doesn’t stick to them.) 
4. On one sheet add Everything Bagel Seasoning on top evenly. (This will be your top bun. )
5. Put both sheet pans in the refrigerator for 1 hour. 
6. Using a Cookie Cutter (2.6 in/6.8 cm) cut out your patties (should have 14 tops and 14 bottoms)
7. In a pan heat oil to 350 degrees and add your rice patties in for 6-8 minutes until golden brown. 

Assembly: 
Add Spicy Mayo to the bottom rice bun, then a slice of jalapeño, topping with your Ahi burger patty. Then add green onions and drizzle on unagi sauce, topping with your seasoned rice patty!
