A different kind of zombie movie. You really feel the loss of those who died, and even felt a bit sad for the zombie's, too. The last scene made me cry, a lot. He gave even when he was affected. He never spent time lamenting his fate, he just made sure it did end well for the baby and Thoomie. That's love.

This is the 2nd film in the 14 years of my life that made me cry. And Martin Freeman is an amazing actor. I absolutely love him.

Amazing film. Instead of being "oh so gritty" like other zombie movies, it tries to show us something beautiful even among all that desolation and carnage.

The last 8 mins of this movie was so painful to watch... It had a bitter sweet feeling...

This is so heartbreaking.

And it shows Martin's skill as an actor, how he's capable of practically speak with just mere gestures, with just a tilt of the head, a look.

The most 'human' zombie movie. The last scene is so powerful. Martin Freeman is unforgettable in his ability to act without words.

It was nice how respectful they were to him even though he had turned giving him one last glimpse of humanity before the end.

One of the few zombie movies that made me cry a lot and showed that humanity can still be found.

Finest scene in any Zombie media ever, many times watch this and it makes me cry. The only idea of Andy being gagged, tied up, and used as an lure when he dies and turned into a zombie he can keep walking to get them both to safety breaks my heart. This IS the best dad of the zombie apocalypse.

I have watched and rewatched this film many times over the years. It gets me in the feels every time. Martin Freeman's performance is extraordinary. This is by far the best zombie movie I've ever seen, It wasn't about the violence. It was about the humanity shown in all its varied forms throughout.

Hands down one of my favorite zombie apocalypse movies ever. So unique and focused on the humans rather than just running from zombies or finding a cure.

Great movie that relies on telling a good story and not reliant on a big CGI budget. Even in death, he was a great father. I held back and only shed _one or two_ tiny but very manly tears.

I know he could feel the stress just float away when he had his ureka came up with that plan, great dad.
