Im from Mexico and I gotta say, never though of using Flor de calabaza (squash blossom) like that before. Usually here we use it for quesadillas woth some queso Oaxaca, so it's so cool to see it used for something like pasta

First of all: you have an inherent talent to make complex cooking, simple and delicious!! The blossoms you used on this recipe are an absolute treasure, a delicacy but they are NOT an acquired taste, every time I’ve had the opportunity to cook with them, they steal the show!!! In traditional Mexican Cuisine they have been used for centuries and you can find them in food stands where you can totally gain a few pounds of weight for a few dollars! The fact that you are using them here with such exquisite results makes me check you for cooking ideas daily! You cook healthy delicious meals!! Thanks so much for that!!
