Today I recieved a Lamy ST in Polished steel. Very nice :)

Nice demo, but whats the difference between between lamy pur lamy logo and this one, if you could explain

I found the edges and corners of the clip on the CP1 kind of sharp. I very carefully softened them with some 600 grit sandpaper.
This pen is like the love child of the CP1 and the LOGO, although the LOGO was designed by Woflgang -Puck- Fabian.
The LOGO posts firmly but after a while the chrome plating started to peel off the edges of the posting tabs. I sent it in under warranty and they replaced it with one that had a black posting cap instead of chrome plated. Must have been a common problem.

I am a great fan of the Muji aluminium fountain pen, is this better / worse than the muji?

I like both pens :) But I only have the CP1. I‘ve written so much about Lamys and the CP1 (mostly in your video on it), that my keyboard gives me „Lamy“ and „CP1“ a lot as a recommendation :D

Is that end cap metal or plastic? Other Lamy pens with a similar design seem to have a plastic end cap.

Oh and I need to tell you that you pronounce Lamy right :D The way you do it is the best way to pronounce the „German a“ for someone who comes from English :) You couldn’t do it better :) That’s also why you got Gerhard that well :)

Your pronunciation of Gerhard Müller was good enough :) Gerhard was actually pretty good :) And it was a good decision (in my opinion) to go with Muller instead of Mueller, because there is no „e“ in it. There is a difference between „u“ and „ü“ and if you don’t have an „ü“ on your keyboard you use „ue“ instead of „ü“, but this has nothing to do with the pronunciation... There still is no „e“ in it. But since your native language is English you did everything you could :) It’s impossible to get it entirely right if you don’t train it. :) The „a“ and the „ü“ are sounds that don’t exist in English, so why should you be able to get it right, right? :) And considering that... Gerhard was pretty good :) Really. You got the „a“ pretty well.
