Tq. definitely helped to showcase it's an easy process but problem was TNB's site was flakey despite having a modern UI.
On desktop: Application couldn't get pass the last step, page just kept reloading
On mobile web: error message when submitting application
in the end, had to try several times on mobile web before application was finally accepted so it's not seamless and there's plenty of room for improvement.
Glad that this process exist tho
