Jinjer totally changed my way of listening to music. Normally it's like my favorite songs or a full album. With Jinjer, i listen to each and every track dozens of time to fully hear and understand what's going on and even after hearing a song dozens of times i still find more details, more insane drum, guitar or bass work and Tati is not from this world. I'm so sad that it took me sooo long to find this band (i'm 54 btw).

Jinjer is from the area of eastern Ukraine that has been suffering from the war since 2014. Horlivka, an industrial city of Donetsk region, is getting devastated from people, factories and schools due to war. Horlivka used to have a respectful institute of foreign languages and was also considered as a students' city. Many Ukrainian rock bands were originating from there. If you ask Jinjer where they are coming from, they will tell you they from Donbas, but now they live in Kiev. That war has taken and broken many people's lives and fates. I am from Donetsk region too. I saw what was happening in 2014 with my own eyes and I believe they did too. What was happening is people looking for a shelter after another mortar attack of 120 millimeter callibre mine. In Zugres it was 21 people at once, most children; dead; after bombing, at the river coast so called by locals as Kids ' Beach. I believe it was a mortar fire attack. And I know who did this... But I'm here not for politics. I'm here to praise their talent. Jinjer are TRUE.
