Sharon Tse (age 7)

Sharon began learning piano at the age of four and studies with Miss Constanze Lee.

At age 7, Sharon passed the grade 8 ABRSM piano exam with Merit. She is a laureate in multiple open competitions including:

International Fringe Music Festival and Competition 2020 Czerny Class and Burgmuller Class double champions,
International Music Talent Online Competition 2020 Burgmuller Class champion,
Hong Kong Music Talent Award Competition 2021 Piano Solo Grade 8 3rd Prize,
6th Paderewski International Piano Competition 3rd Prize,
The 1st International Faber Piano Competition and Faber International Arts Festival Grade 8 piano solo (Hong Kong Preliminary Round) Online and Live Competition double 1st Prize and Best Performer Award,
Elevato Piano and Chamber Competition Category A (Bern, Switzerland) 2021 2nd Prize,
International Music Competition Bonn and Salzburg Grand Prize Virtuoso 2021 1st Prize and Exceptional Young Talent Special Prize,
New York Golden Classical Music Awards International Competition 2021 1st Prize and Exceptional Young Talent Special Prize.

During the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020, Sharon was invited by the Hong Kong Philharmonic Orchestra to participate in the “Phil Your Life with Music – Underneath the Lion Rock” video. She is selected by the International Fringe Association as one of the Hong Kong Outstanding Young Musician Awardees in 2021.
