Jobs were not created, the people that got laid off just got rehired. I don't understand the victory lap !!

The Fed will continue to bail out corporations and banks and entrust Wall Street to arbitrate what trickles down into our wage slave bank accounts. We'll starve long before any of those hedge fund monsters share their plunder.

You got 45 million people whose unemployment benefits end at the same time. 45 million people looking for work at the same time.

$600 per week? I haven't seen anything other than the pitiful $1200 payment and haven't paid any bills in months! Oh well there is always bankruptcy!

Where's the unemployment assistance for the 20-30% who are self-employed??? I applied three months ago and claim still hasnt been processed, and I may not be able to jump all the hoops (rules) anyway (already the claim process is WAY more complex than for reg. claimants).

The framing of the Democrat and Republican position on the heroes act is very misleading.

The chart shows 21% having difficulty paying rent/mortgage. The N/A rate is 22%, which means it shouldn't be factored when determining the actual effect on those who provide shelter. When calculating the adults living on their own income, it's closer to 27%. The same can be said of each entry. Other than the interesting trivia that 3% of people polled don't think food or home goods are applicable to their lives, they shouldn't get conflated in interpreting the data.

No, no they won’t. The amount of evictions and foreclosures are going to shock America.

The most dangerous person is somebody with nothing to loose. What if somebody started shooting Capitol Hill because they had nothing to eat. Would that get their attention?

There should be a way to see how many people who are eligible to receive the money from UI that actually got it. I know several people who haven’t even got 1 payment. It’s been 6 weeks and they only got 1 $1200 payment. That’s most certainly not enough. This lady is completely out of touch with reality. I will be willing to bet she hasn’t been late on one payment.

There’s a need more pressure from the middle & upper middle class for those in need to be heard. People want to argue on Twitter, but no one has real solutions for themselves or their neighbors.

The Heroes Act should be renamed the Democratic Pork Act. It's loaded with unpassable pork.

So a person puts the chevron on the back of the Chevy? That is the human element of building cars? Holy mackerel, is that what you call job security? Oh boy, how many years of vocational schooling do you need for that position? Yikes!
