Ma'am the answer of question 13(video time 32:30) of set 2 is c.

Hcl is oxidised to cl2 and
Mno2 is reduced to mncl2. Whereas in question it is opposite so the reason is false

In question 14 it should be C because law of conservation of mass is true for BALANCED chemical equation not all chemical equations such as skeletal
