I don't think there is a country that really puts the people as much as China. As long as you know the geographical location of Tibet, you will know how much the Chinese government loves Tibet. There is still a 5G network at an altitude of more than 5, 000 meters, and the hydropower facilities are perfect. These projects are very difficult.

For friends who go to the plateau area for the first time, it is best to ask a tour guide to accompany you. This requirement has nothing to do with your nationality, because improper handling of altitude sickness will lead to life danger. This is really not a joke, and the tour guide knows where to provide emergency assistance.

To those with pride and prejudice, I would like to say:
Tibet's famous natural landscapes are often more than 5 hours' drive from the nearest town. Two of the three holy lakes are above 5, 500 meters above sea level. If severe altitude sickness occurs, there is no need to call an ambulance. You have already Sentenced to death, so even for domestic tourists, tour guides will tell you over and over again about the dangers and how to avoid such tragedies. If you don't understand the language and don't have a tour guide with you at all times, no one knows what will happen. You may They will say, I have no problem, I am strong, and I respect your philosophy of not taking your life seriously, but please do not die on the land of Tibet casually. The locals regard this place as a pure land and pollute it. is not acceptable.
At the same time, Tibet is facing various separatist forces all the time. If you care about these, you should know that there is a living Buddha who betrayed us. He still lives under the asylum of the United States. On the contrary, our government has carried out a lot of foundation work in Tibet. Construction, on your way to Tibet, you should notice that there are a lot of high-voltage wires on the top of the bare mountain. They bring electricity to Tibet. You can imagine how breathless you are standing on the mountain. Let’s see how arduous a project it is to erect high-voltage electricity towers on the top of the mountain. However, the current villages in Tibet are built by the government for free and provided to the local people for living and use. The Chinese government has no restrictions and obliterates Tibetan Buddhism. Otherwise, today, You can't see anything, can you?
I hope your third trip will help you look at China more objectively. Of course our government is not perfect. On the contrary, it has various problems. As long as it is not pride and prejudice, we welcome your valuable opinions and look forward to it. You discover problems from a different perspective than ours and help us improve ourselves. I wish you a pleasant journey.

Tibet and Xinjiang are high security because they're the places the US is most likely to meddle and create instability

My brother went there a few years ago and wasn't too used to the high altitude. But on the whole, he loved it.

This guide absolutely polishes this video! He tells a lot about Tibet's traditions that I didn't know, making this vlog more like a documentary😆

I laughed out when the cute girl said "我靠,她是外国人" at 6:45, "我靠" means something like "wow" but a little bit inappropriate like "damn". And “她是外国人” means “she is a foreigner”.

Guys, this is retrospect only but you should have taken the train into tibet because that would give you more time to adjust to the high altitude.

This video reminds me of traveling to tibet ten years age, all the things that you get through there are so familiar. Things has been changed in ten years, but tibet is still a very well-deserved place to visit.
