Yeah, Bart uses all 15 police bullhorns lines up at the end and then Bart saying “testing” in a giant amplifier sound into a bullhorns one at a time. Which caused into a powerful sonic boom into a massive shockwave which is further caused into a blast and breaks all the piece of glass in Springfield.
