The Adelaide Fringe: Roll Up, Roll Up

This video is part of the 'Sonic Art Showcase' series designed to demonstrate what the MusonicX course team do outside of normal teaching responsibilities.

For the third and final release in the 'Sonic Art Showcase series', Christian Haines takes you from the roar of the Adelaide Oval crowd to the circus filled colourful projects of 'Roll Up, Roll Up'.

The 'Parade of Light' is an exhibition of architectural light projections on buildings along North Terrace in Adelaide city for the Adelaide Fringe Festival (an annually run festival born in 1960 that generates tens of millions of dollars for the state and artists). In the installation formed part of the 'Parade of Light', high powered projectors were used to project video onto the Mitchell building (a building within the Adelaide University campus) while music and sound that Christian and Stephen Whittington provide the soundtrack.
