No, I didn’t! How can I get inside for free?
To register for a DNR pass, you have two ways: You can call DNR, or register online.
You must meet the following criteria:
You are a Maryland resident and have a documented disability like the MVA parking placard, Veterans Affairs disability determination letter, or your physician's note.
