40 minutes and a mat - that's all you need for this sweaty workout. Now, go get your runner's on and let's get going with my No Gym Required Body Weight Workout. ox Your trainer

1) Football knees
2) T push-ups
3) 3-way lunge
4) Pulse squats + jump
5) Squat thrust + 5 plank jacks
6) 1-legged squat
7) Mountain climber - wide
8) Step out side to side lunges with burpee
4 rounds
1st round: 60 sec
2nd round: 45 sec
3rd round: 30 sec - some exercises change at this point
4th round: 20 sec - some exercises change at this point

Awesome!!  I've been doing the Bocyweight Blitz since you put it out in April, and this one is just as great.  This is going in the keep pile:))  Not sure about the rock star??  Maybe a female Freddy Mercury??  LOL!

This is my favourite workout of yours PJ.  I just love it.  I would love to do more like this.  I've done it many, many times and I still get an awesome workout every time.  Great stuff:))
