When my stroller is on, it is actually much harder to move than when it is off. I am confused, is there some reverse mode?

Hello. My new w-Priam stroller has the following issue: the red light shines and all 4 led white lights flash, and I can’t connect to the phone app. Can you please advise what does this mean, as I couldn’t find this specific issue with lights in the instructions booklet. Thanks

So ein schlechter kinderwagen die App geht nicht und wenn die geht dan fährt der kinderwagen nicht echt traurig für so viel geld und ich habe auch noch 2 stück und bei beiden ist das problem da ich würde den wider kaufen
