Omg she's real and so silly n cute :3 I feel like you went a bit too hard on the promotional videos (we got to see pretty much the whole plushie before the reveal already), and I think many people didn't watch the full reveal video because the only part of the plushie we didn't see yet was fully visible in the thumbnail. For the future, i feel like it might be better to create just two promotional shorts.
In the first one, show the plushie's shape, but black it out with question marks as a teaser. In the second one, have the plushie holding a small sign stating the release date, with most of its body except the arms and legs covered by the sign with the head out of frame. For the actual video revealing the full plush, use a thumbnail that only shows the blacked-out shape with question marks.
The promotional shorts gave away too much and showed almost the whole plushie except for the face. Putting the full plushie in the thumbnail of the final video makes people skip watching because they already saw what they wanted.
And again, with the suggestion aside, i love the plushie it's absolutely adorable and silly :3
