I'm here watching Sasha unbox and I love watching them, it isn't her fault, but I find my self getting so aggravated that I've been with Boxy for 3 years faithfully every month and then Luxe months and I still havent received my Luxe Box for December 2022. IVE reached out and they have said it's on its way.. It's January 3rd.. All I ever seen was an order number on the site. No tracking nothing ever.. They forgot about me.. I pray it will be my picks etc, everyone else got in this nice Luxe Box.. Happy New Year to all!! Sorry yall, Rant over, just have had problem with ipsy as well, sending products I didn't order or not sending all my purchases at all and then saying they are out that such product and then see it on add ons or Ipsy Shop.
