Показать описание
Whether you're enjoying these as Hocus Pocus Buns in the fall or as Resurrection Rolls during Easter, they're sure to please anytime of year. Enjoy these with a cup of tea or coffee!
Hocus Pocus Buns Recipe
1 tube Crescent Rolls
1/4 cup Melted Butter
1/4 cup Sugar
1 Tablespoon Cinnamon
8 Large Marshmallows (not jumbo, not mini)
Follow instructions on crescent package for oven temperature.
Combine cinnamon and sugar. Open the tube of crescent rolls and separate 8 triangles on a clean surface, using the pre-cut lines as your guide. Dip one marshmallow in the melted butter, and gently roll, making sure it gets covered on all sides. Shake gently to allow excess butter to drip off.
Roll the marshmallow in the cinnamon-sugar mixture making sure to cover all sides. Place the marshmallow on one crescent triangle, and wrap the dough around the marshmallow. Be sure the marshmallow is covered, and gently pinch any openings of the crescent dough to seal.
OPTIONAL: Dip the top of the roll in the butter, then in cinnamon sugar. Alternatively, you can sprinkle the top of each roll with cinnamon and sugar (as opposed to dipping).
Place each roll in one muffin well, (with the sugared side up, if you did that step) and bake for approximately 10-12 minutes.
Allow to cool for 5-8 minutes, and then gently transfer to a cooling rack.
Enjoy!
