Section 67 in The Information Technology Act, 2000
In the situation where nude or obscene pictures of the victim are uploaded without consent, the accused can be held liable under different sections of the IT (InformationTechnology) Act and IPC (Indian Penal Code). Under Section 67 of the Information Technology Act, 2000 an offence is committed by a person who publishes or transmits any material which is lascivious or appeals to the prurient interest.

So if a person make their own nude videos and post will be punished under this act or this act is only for a person who take video of another person without their consent

Ghanta kuch hoga isse wo to viral hojayega hi na wo to internet pe reh hi jayega saja ka kya koi intentionally saja ke baare me jaan kar hi ye offence karta hai to uska main maqsad to pura ho hi jayega phir saja ka kya fayda hua 😢
