Are they actually DRL or do they only work with parking lights? I have a set of regular Spec-Ds but the halos only work with parking lights instead as DRL which is the high beam

Does the production model of the drl boards flicker with its set color when the turn signal is engaged? and is there a way to adjust the delay between when the turn signal is disengaged and the original preset comes back on?
